a moment of gratitude.

Placing the hands in Anjali Mudra, "Namaste", or prayer position, is a humble expression of gratitude, prayer, and reverence.
In it's silent wisdom it says, "I honor the divine with in you, we are one in spirit."
The word Mudra in Sanskrit means "seal", and so in placing our hands together in this way we make an agreement with ourselves and others; we "seal the deal" so to speak, promising to honor, to proceed with peace.
In your practice of gratitude in this week of Thanksgiving, pause and place your hands gently in Anjali Mudra in front of your heart. Breath a few deep breaths and honor yourself, your community, and the wondrous gift that is your life, with a quiet moment of gratitude.

Please be reminded that there are no Yoga Classes at Rabbit Hole this week due to the holiday.
There will be class next Tuesday, November 30 and NO CLASS Thursday, December 2. I will return from my month away and resume teaching, Tuesday, December 7. I look forward to seeing you all.

I know that in my gratitude this year I will include a moment of thanks for being able to teach such a wonderful and warm community as you.
